Hey guys,

I need some advise on where to look:

I have migrated a 3CX host from one of our client's previous provider's datacenter into a new hosted datacenter. When migrating, I made sure that the server name, IP address/ range, etc were identical. At the same time, I have replaced at their two sites their firewalls with newer models, and setup site-to-site vpn connections to our datacenter firewall (ensuring that the connection is route based and not NAT based) then restarted the handsets.

At site a:, 4 out of the 7 handsets registered straight away without any configuration work, and all handsets at the seconds site are showing as registration failed. I have added option 66, as multicast routing is problematic due to a licensing issue we have with out datacenter firewall (being resolved as we speak) yet the handsets do not appear to be registering.

The handsets are Yealink T29G handsets
The 3CX Host is running v18.3 (was 16.3)

I cannot figure out what I need to look for to get these handsets to register. Any ideas?

never mind. Turns out that the handsets from site 2 were not connecting due to misconfigured route in our datacentre and the other seven handsets needed to be factory reset to pick up the configuration information.
