Hi all, whats the best way to troubleshoot video conferencing dropping. We have an office of about 10 people, the CEO is working remotely and gets disconnected in almost every video conference and then cannot reconnect. The team is mostly in the SE region and he is up in the NE , so I was thinking is there a way to change what webmeeting server they use?

This seems to be happening the past week in every call , every morning. The client states they have internet the whole time, but even if that was the case, he is not able to reconnect and gets server error, they then just call him on his 3cx extension and its fine and they finish the conference.

Hi @benf,

This sounds interesting. I would suggest to troubleshoot, the first thing to look at would be to check the quality of the audio / video from the CEO's side when connecting. To do this, when he has joined, click the cog icon at the top right:

Then navigate to the Network section, click Advanced Statistics at the bottom:

Now have a look at the statistics, and check for Video Loss. All of these stats will help to gauge why the connection is dropping. It's interesting that he gets a server error - what steps does he follow to reconnect?

Also, from the Info tab, check which MCU you're connecting to. This may help us too.
