I'm continuing to have the problems which I posted here:
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/unable-to-receive-make-calls-via-3g-since-app-update.63509/
In summary. Can connect outside our network on Windows and IOS clients (and a couple of Androids). Can't connect on most Android clients.
I've run a capture on the 3CX server and can see the attempts to connect on the tunnel coming in.
If I understand this correctly the Android client initially gets a 407 Proxy Authentication required response and that is where it stops.
The IOS client gets the same response the retries the connection (presumably with a password) and can connect.
Attached is the call flow of the two attempts. The top is IOS the bottom Android.
Both are configured with the same extension and are attempting to call the same external number. We're running 16.0.0.1581 on the server, Android client 16.0.0.45 and IOS client 15.5.18.472
Is there any setting that I've missed that might cause this to happen?
