We are integrating with Interface AI. They are currently reqeusting that we add a Twilio SIP domain. We currently use and have a Bandwidth SIP trunk/domain setup.

It is possible to have two SIP domains with two different providers?

I am not sure exactly what you need. Where do you need to add the SIP domain? Why is this necessary?

I'm assuming by domain they mean Trunk...

I now how to add a 2nd trunk, just not sure how a trunk for a different provider would work.

Since we are integrating with AI, they are requesting we add their SIP domain to properly transfer call.

As it stands right now.. Members call our number (Test Number). From here, the AI bot takes over. If the member tries to request a transfer to any extension or dept., the call drops immediately. The logs doesn't even show the transfer takes places. It just show the call to the main number. I have a log saved from yesterday, when I tried to make a transfer.

You can add a second trunk, that is not an issue but I am not sure how it's going to be used.
Does this AI bot appear as local extension to the PBX? Is it trying to perform an outbound call during a transfer?

Since we never tested this I have no idea how it works of what requirements it has. Its best to ask the people who integrated this AI to configure it for you with all necessary components.

Thanks for the reply. The bot does appear as a local extension and is transferring to an internal number.

I will get with them and see if they have anymore Ideas or have clients that have integrated them and 3cx.
