Solved Unable to receive or send images / medias

If an user try to send images i got the message:
whatsapp: Unsupported message type 'image' is received
whatsapp: Unsupported message type 'document' is received

If we try to send an image it is not possible to send any further mesage.

Isn't sending images or documents via the connector not implemented jet?
We're using the latest version of 3cx 18.

Please note that we are able to send/receive images via Whatsapp. Can you please clarify what file format are you using? Also if you send a text message first does the text message arrive correctly?

You can close this thread... it seems to working now. It just took some hours... and suddently it worked.
