"Unsuported message type 'reaction' is received" in WhatsApp conversation

We receive this notification in our WhatsApp conversations. I guess this is an emoji reply to our previous message? Is there a way to support these reaction types?

3CX does not support emoji reaction on a message.
There is no easy way to solve this.
