Solved User gets set to dnd every day

I've confirmed this user is not setting the status themselves, and confirmed that their status in teams is 'Avalibal" when this happens.

I've never seen the date like that on the screen checking user status, anyone have any insights here?

Check if the user is creating apartments in their Outlook calendars and setting the status to Busy or Out of Office, and if calendar sync is enabled for them under the M365 integration options within the 3cx system management console.

Thank you, not sure how I missed it but that appears to have been the cause.
