User getting repeated calls from non-existent number labeled as herself

above is the call log, this is the second time this has happened for this particular user.

She'll suddenly start getting repeated calls from the two invalid numbers shown above, and will just spam her voicemail box unless we disable her extension.

Last time this happened, only thing that stopped it was a restart of all 3cx Services.

This time, it stopped on its own after about 30 minutes. last time it did it for several hours.

anyone ever seen this happen before? we have no idea what's causing it nor how to stop it when it happens.

It's an actual call, coming in on the SIP trunk? If so the SIP provider may be able to block it at their end.

Under Security/Blacklisted Numbers you can block a number, if it's the same numbers.

You should probably need to contact your provider first. Of course if there is any pattern of the calls you can block them in the PBX.
