Using national format for outgoing calls and texts with SMB 10 service

I have been using the SMB 10 service for several months and it's working great. My only problem is that I have to dial 1 in front all of my calls and +1 in front of all my texts but most of my numbers are stored as 10 digit numbers without the 1 or the +. It doesn't look like SMB 10 has the option to configure a national calling option on my end, but is that something that can be changed by 3CX on the back end for my service?
