The 3cx app has battery saving mode disabled, so it's not limited in cpu usage.
Issue:
Both internal and external. Calling with 3CX Android app randomly the voice receiving and sending is distored/scrambled. About 1/4th of calls are right, both receiving and sending, All the rest is not funtioning correctly.
Tried forcing 1 specific codec (and tried different codecs). Provisioned again with codecs etc.Tried all different settings, but issue remains.
Codecs slightly change the style of audio, but the problem seems to be unrelated to this.
When recording the conversation, the receiving audo is flient, the self spoken audio on the 3cx android app is also distorted. The distortion is "constant". And always receiving and sending at once.
This issue is on multiple of our phones. This issue is not on an iphone, same 3cx PBX.
Due to this distortion, the app is complete unusable for business calls.
