Man, so good to see! Many news features coming!

When can we expect an easy upgrade to V18 Beta/Alpha from V16?

Inline upgrade of existing installation will be enabled from Beta versions. The reason is that we also upgrade your OS this time. However, you can already use your backup and install it from the iso v18 and perform a quick restore.
Should be a 15m job max.

Will there be an Outlook plugin for scheduling and modifying meetings?

@TPR3CX, no. The meeting creation remains in the Apps. If the user likes to manage the invitations from Outlook, the user can download the invitation file (ICS) and use it from Outlook. Here the user can also change the date/time of the meeting as all meetings are created with room to play and update the meeting.
