Last night we installed the new V18 for Windows and while we love the new Webclient and especially the new Windows Desktop App, we did stumble upon an old issue still.

While the Webclient and Windows Desktop app is accessible through screen reader software, the entire video conferencing part gives no feedback on the UI.
All the buttons simply output "button" or "image" with a screen reader, so there is no way of telling what button is focused or being pressed with enter, which makes it quite impossible for people and colleagues that are visually impaired or blind to use this function.

This is something we have asked about in the past in the V18 thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...o-selects-best-codec.81573/page-4#post-378696 as well as in a seperate post before V18 was even in play https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/webmeeting-ui-accessibility.77775/

Is this something the 3CX Team can have a look at once more? @Nick Galea @JohnS_3CX @NickD_3CX @StefanW

I also do not have sufficient rights to post something in the idea section, maybe someone would be kind enough to do so, as this is something very important we feel.

Additionally this button in the Webclient is also being skipped by screen readers with the tab functionality.
If it is selected with arrows, it gives feedback of a list with items, but it cannot be opened with enter or spacebar.

This makes it so those 3 options (contacts, voicemail and settings) cannot be accessed this way.
