V20 - Hotkey for loading message templates in chat conversations

Observing the behavior of other comparable solutions on the market in terms of chat management, the 3CX team is asked to enable an accelerator key in order to invoke auto-response templates for conversations as illustrated in the following image:



The above, given that we are currently still limited in the use of the Mouse, and during a process of interaction with several users in different conversations, any fraction or additional time adds up, so this feature will help make the response easier and faster.
