Video Call from Fanvil i18S to Fanvil X7-V2 via Call Queue

Hi

We have a Fanvil i18S (Firmware 2.8.2.7020) door-phone which calls a Call Queue when the button is pressed.

Our reception currently has a Yealink T58 (Firmware 58.83.0.15) phone. When they pickup the handset when the door-phone button is pressed they immediately get the video feed and can speak with the visitor.

We are trying to replace that handset with a Fanvil X7-V2 (Firmware 2.12.16.20), however when you pickup the handset you only get audio.

Is there a setting that can be changed to deliver the video, or program a key to answer the call as video rather than audio?

'Default Ans Mode' is already set to Video.

Did you try using 3CX Webclient/PWA and when the call is answered, initiate the video, but from the 3CX Weblcient/PWA end and not a Doorphone?

I suggest to check the phone follow configuration . If still not work , please send email to [email protected] . Perhaps we could make a remotely check via Anydesk . It will be more easy to find the cause and resolve .

Yes we just tried it now and we still just get a blank screen on the phone.

Can you change Queue to Ring group and see if the outcome is different and works for you?

We did this and it made no difference. Still just get the black/blank screen on the phone unit where video is supposed to display.

So even if you call from the Web client to the door phone is the same outcome?
If you call between 3CX Webclients, do you have video working?
