We get this message actually. Germany. Got reply from several clients with same issue. Any news here?

fyi: at a test installation it helped to reboot the phone system. Can't do that for live client installations within office hours easily...

Which version of 3CX are you running?
If its not v18, you'll not be able to use the video conferencing as the server has been turned off.

If you are already on v18, then there may be some connectivity issue at 3CX end like we've seen before. Its better to wait till we get an official confirmation.

we are using latest 18v3 on all clients. All fully updated. We host all machines in Azure and make sure all machines all updated directly once an update occurs.

We can confirm that its not working anymore. Changing region to UK didn't resolve the problem.

I can confirm that rebooting the system solves the issue. Did that for two clients now. Both can use Video conferences again.

Anyway that is not a solution during office hours usually.

We changed region back to Europe, seems to work now.. with a delay. Maybe they did a reboot for the MCU.

I should configure HA since I have enterprise lincense now ;) currently I have only one productive 3CX instance, which I can't reboot during office hours. Telephone > Webmeeting

Edit: our test meeting crashed.. seems to be unstable

Ok I restartet all services.. for the sake of testing..

It still needs some time to connect to a meeting (we a currently set to UK MCU). Would be nice if 3CX Support could give us feedback whats happening.

Hello,

There was some downtime today on the MCUs and we are investigating the root cause, although we think we have found it.

Over the next few days we do plan putting a fix in place but we don't expect this to be causing any more downtime.
