Is there a problem with the video conferencing service?

That site doesn't indicate problems but we are getting the message noted in the subject on two different systems from different Internet connections.

We are still seeing this issue. When clicking Join Now the button goes tinted/shadowed and then the message "Video Conferencing service temporarily not available. Please try again later (0x0018)" is displayed. This is happening on numerous systems and has been verified via 4 completely different Internet connections now.

We are currently investigating the issue that is causing the "Video Conferencing service temporarily not available. Please try again later (0x0018)" message to appear.

Will update everyone as soon as possible.

Thank you. I have tested a few time this morning and it has not happened again, so far. Will keep testing and will let you know if it does happen again @VasilisV_3CX.

I've testet it now and videoconferencing works again.

Just an update: There was a temporary connectivity issue which has since been resolved and redundancies put in place to avoid this issue occurring again. I will mark this thread as solved. Thank you all for reporting this.
