I have many users who are managing to use the 3CX web meetings successfully. However, I have one user who when trying to join a meeting they have set up continually gets "video conferencing service temporarily not available". They can join a 3CX video meeting that I set up. I have watched them attempt to set up a 3CX meeting and they are doing everything correctly. The invites they create allow other people to join.

Any thoughts of where I can go from here?

I probably should add that they were using webmeetings fine on version 16 and have only had this problem since we moved to version 18. No other users have been similarly affected by the change.

Hi Nick, They are running a fairly modern windows 10 machine. I will get them to test using firefox just in case and get back to you with more details on the operating system.

Windows edition is windows 10 Home, version 20h2 os build 19042.1466.

Your suggestion to use firefox did work but I wouldn't have thought a machine this new would have had the certificate issue?

First, I'm glad we are getting somewhere in regards to the problem.
I know, but things nowadays, especially when it comes to security, move really really fast.
Not having auto-updates is not an option anymore for most software out there.
