Solved Video Meeting Recording Email Missing

We get recording emails for other meetings, but we had a meeting last night and did not get a email link to the recording after the recording and meeting ended. This meeting was done yesterday starting at 5:00 PM. We can provide the meeting ID/link with PM.

Yes, you may have to send the meeting link into the chat to test. I had meetings yesterday and they did the same thing. They started working again this morning, not sure if there was a problem with 3CX. Also, make sure your recording was longer than a minute.

Recording was longer than 1 minute in the tests and they work, we just didn't get the specific recording for the meeting. Based on previous forum posts someone from 3CX would get a PM to grab the recording or resend it.

Can you please send me the meeting link that was used to join the meeting in a PM? Hopefully we'll be able to re-send you the report.

Just to clarify, we will be needing the organizer link (the link found in the WebClient >> Scheduled Conference). It can also be found in the email the organizer received. The email contains two links, the one we need is the first one, where it reads "Joining info:"
