Now everyone is working from home, a couple of the office people asked if there was an option to effectively have an "open" web meeting, where they could sign into without being the host as such. During the day they would all be part of the web meeting like they were in the office, but, when the phone rang it muted the "group" meeting whilst they took the call but left them on webcam etc.
Is this possible with the existing WebMeeting?
It would be nice to be able to create standard WebMeetings that the system hosts and assign users as admins to those meetings that can be joined that appear in the Web interface alongside web meetings, much like the switchboard.
If anyone knows if the above currently works and I'll just create a user to be a permanent host then any help would be appreciated!
