As some of you may know TPG sold their enterprise business to Vocus not too long ago.
We are in the middle of trying to migrate from a old IP PBX over to self hosted 3CX but cannot for the life of me get the TPG trunks (now Vocus) to ever register.
Normally i would just struggle through this but given Vocus is "supported" i thought id try my shot here even though im about to throw around some domain names that arent Vocus.

The usernames all have @bizphone.tpgtelecom.com.au
The Registrar is supposed to be trunk-wa.bizphone.aapt.com.au or trunk-sa.bizphone.aapt.com.au etc etc

Any attempts to get these working with a Vocus template or a generic Register template return the same results which are.

Call or Registration to XXX has failed. sip:[email protected] replied: 604 Does Not Exist Anywhere; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

Does anyone out there have a PV template that actually works or am i getting something fundementally wrong here ?

Takes me about 5 minutes to provision these in our old IP PBX but on 3CX i have spent literal days trying to work this out.

Seems upon further review Vocus Enterprise isnt supported so im going to assume that means the TPG stuff they just aquired fits into that bucket aswell.

Back to the drawing board for me.

TPG trunks are definitely not supported as they were never tested. Since they are now part of Vocus why don't you ask Vocus to migrate the trunks over to them so the default template will work?
