Hiya, I've been having ongoing issues with trying to get Vodafone SIP going since the service went live over 2 weeks ago. Working alongside Vodafone's technicians we are getting close. UDP connection had no issues establishing but we need the secure TLS.
From what we can tell, everything is working apart from the TLS certificate I've been provided by Vodafone as we are getting the following error: "Registration failed for: Lc:10000(@vodafone SIP[<sip:[email protected]:0/TLS>]); Cause: Cause: 503 Certificate Validation Failure/REGISTER from local"
I've attached the certificate they have provided to me, which is what has been uploaded to the TLS root certificate field.
Anyone able to shed some light on what might be the issue and how to resolve please?
