Solved Voicemail Issue

I have an android phone that is not playing voicemails. It just shows a black screen when it opens. I have tried opening through 3cx and outlook when it is delivered to the email. I know there is a setting I am missing.

Do you get the same black screen even if you open it via outlook the the android device? If yes, I'd recommend checking what application is set as default for .wav files on your android device.

Yes It does. Ok stupid question. Im an iphone user what app should it be and how do I set it?

The exact steps might vary depending on the model you are using, but you should be able to find it somewhere in Settings >> Apps or Manage Apps and then check anything relating to Default apps. If you have difficulty finding it I'd recommend looking up what the steps are for your specific model.

I did a full reset of apps and it now opens under youtube music but it works.
