Hello,
We're having an issue where calls lose their sound during calls.
The call stays active but users don't hear any sound.
This only happens with the DECT phones.
Both internal and external calls have this issue.
It also happens randomly, sometimes after a couple of seconds or minutes or not at all.

Devices have the latest firmware.
I rebooted the DECT manager + antenas.
I enabled 'PBX delivers' audio for all users.
I checked the call quality logs, all calls have excelent quallity without packet loss.

Anyone had a similar problem or any other ideas's?

Q1: Is the PBX in the same LAN with the DECT phones/bases?
Q2: Does the firewall checker give you a clean bill of health?
Q3: Just for background information, what version of 3CX?

Q1: The PBX is hosted by 3CX, the onsite router phone is in the same network as the DECT manager and bases
Q2: No issues with the firewall checker
Q3: Version 20.0 Update 7 (Build 1080 Release)

What DECT model/s are we talking about?

The handsets are Yealink W78H DECT handsets.

Is the Base/Manager configured to connect to the PBX FQDN directly or through an SBC?

I suspect it is set up "directly". I suspect also that you would see more stability going through an SBC.

It's configured to use our Yealink T44U router phone.

That should be a stable setup. At this stage a support ticket is your next step. I might check the network stability of the Yealink T44U device.

Is Low Power Mode enabled on the W80DM?
