Waiting Room

I've seen some other threads about waiting rooms, and they were in the works. The posts were from 2020, and seemed to indicate they were in the works. For ad hoc, and scheduled meetings the only notice given to someone is to try again later as the host hasn't joined, and to try again later. This user experience isn't what most would expect in a world with Zoom, Gmeet, and others. More functionality such as the waiting room, options on entry such as enter meeting without host, or others. In our case a lot of our external meeting attendees have complained about not this functionality. Are these features in the works? If yes, is there some sort of timeline?

In the scheduled meeting you are to select if the meeting will start only when the organizer joins or not:

Got it, I guess what I meant is from the personal meeting url that is under the profile.

Also while this functionality is helpful, there still isn't kind of a waiting room, it's an either all in or all out function with the scheduled meetings.

When you copy your personal meeting url it is expected that you as an organizer have to login. Imagine if this url is spread out without you even know....
As for the other question there is no waiting room and if the participants are allowed to join before the organizer they will be online.
