web client and IOS and Android app

Have multiple users with the app on the phone and the new web client. They are all complaining about having to type in a number to start an sms to somone after they get off the phone. Is their a way for them to just send a text to the number without re entering the number? If yes - anyone know of a video on how to do this?

While there isn't a specific option to immediately create a new SMS conversation from the Call History page, both the Mobile App and the WebClient allow you to easily Copy the number, then paste it into the the new Messaging conversation your users want to create.
