Web conferencing roadmap from 2020

We would like to use these Features mentioned in that article:

Meetings​

1. Users will be able to schedule recurring meetings for daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
2. Static Meeting rooms can be used as group chat rooms and collaboration rooms.
3. Chats & group chats from the Web Client will be assignable to meetings, this means that you can chat with users in a meeting from your Web Client chat.

We can't find these features in V18. Have they been implemented or not? Where can we find them?

As a workaround for 1 and 2, you can make a meeting in the far future and it will remain usable.
