Web meeting and conference dial-in limitations

Am I correct in assuming dial-in participant counts will be limited by the 3CX simultaneous call license? I have a small company with 6 users that has monthly conference calls with 16-20 people, and my assumption is they would need the 24 port Pro license, plus SIP trunks.

Dial-In will count against your SC limit and per dial in one web meeting seat will be counted.
For web browser users only one web meeting seat will be counted and those can also share video, pdfs, screens etc. Dial-Ins only get the audio of the conversation.

There is also a audio conference only but also here, every dialed-in participant will need to be covered by your SC count.
