I am a 3cx beginner.

I am experiencing problems with AV & screen sharing for web meetings with only one other person.
The screen sharing seems to lag the presenter by about a minute after about ten minutes presenting, and the audio/video is patchy.
The meeting network settings show that uplink capacity and downlink capacity are both less than 1 Mbs.
Both me and the other participant are on cable with > 500Mbs, so why are uplink and downlink capacity so low?
Would the low uplink and downlink capacity cause a problem or is that not an issue?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Dear Pauly,
to share your screen you effectively share 2 video streams from your PC (your video and your screen).
Both have a close relation to
A) your upload speed (which are generally considered less then you download speed)
B) your CPU power to render both streams
If any of these cases max out, then the quality of your stream will be reduced to fit in what is available.

Thanks for the reply, my upload speed is 50Mb and Activity monitor shows the CPU usage not going above about 14%.
I would like to understand if the uplink and downlink capacity have anything to do with the problem and if so why it does not reflect actual available capacity.
