Hi,
kindly can anyone answer my below questions?
1- how many simultaneous users can participate in a webmeeting in a 250 seats license?
2- how many participant screen can be displayed simultaneously in the same meeting?
3- is there multiple pages displaying multiple simultaneous screens in one webmeeting? for example we can switch between pages and on each page we can see a number of participant screens.
4- how many webinars can we schedule using a 250 seats licence?
5- how many attendees can connect to each webinar ?
6- what is the best senario the sell 3CX for educational organizations like school and universities?

Hi Mark,

to briefly explain the seat counting, it is the maximum numbers of users who can connect to a meeting(s) at a given time. This can be all 250 in one meeting or 250 meetings with one user (just stated to illustrate the counting). Assume a building with X amount of auditoriums and each has X amount seats. The only control is how many students are allowed to be in the building at once. Where they will take a seat is not limited after.

1) 1x250 (or 2x100 and 1x50...)
2) One Screen at the time (per meeting)
3) No, resulting from the answer above.
4) Unlimited, but not more than 250 hosts and attendees can join at the same time
5) same as in 4.
