Hi
we use "Schedule Conference" from a users webclient to create a planned webconference which should be used regularly (once a week). We use "Desktop Outlook (.ics)" and share the calendar entry (with the invitiation link) to the participants. so far, so good.
This works for a random time of webconferences, as long as randomly the shared invitation link no longer works and redirects to a troubleshooting page from 3CX - and the conference is no longer visible from webclients conference list. Its just gone.
So, as far as I understood:
Thanks for any help or bits with this!

So, as far as I understood:
- this is the prefered (only) way of creating a recurring conference with 3CX as of now - as recurrence is not controllable from the 3CX weblient it has to be done one user side (-> via the calender recurrance)
- the conferences (and their links) should stay online as long as the meeting is deleted by the creator? Or are the meetings (and their links) just randomly cancelled / kicked when 3CX updates their meeting infrastructure?
- Is there a log that helps troubleshooting webconferences?
- If conferences are removed from the remote conference server (by somewhot technical reason) - why not send an email to the meeting creator?
Thanks for any help or bits with this!
