When scheduling a webmeeting, I can use a variety of email options to send the invite: Google, Office 365, Outlook, iCal, or 3CX(eMail). However, when scheduling a webinar, I only have the 3CX(eMail) option. Many people are using office 365 for email these days. From our experience, Office 365 many times blocks these emails that have a return address of 3cx.cloud. This requires an email admin to do some config in Office 365, which is not practical for most users.
