Webinar : waiting music before "on air"

Hello,

can we consider adding a music (mp3 or wav) on waiting, and a message on screen sharing at the beginning of a webinar?
they could shut down the speeker microphone and stop when the speaker clic on a "on air button"

as you do so well during your live presentations

Yep, we've been considering this for quite some time now. It's something that we'll eventually be adding along with some other similar and cool functionality.

I dream that this solution can ideally replace other webinar software because it is easy to use and already used by internal users for webmeeting.

Hi,
for your information actually I have tested this solution (on win10) :
- download and install this driver VB-CABLE Virtual Audio Device
this driver is using by some webcaster to share PC sound during live session (VB-CABLE is a Donationware)

• play a sound on VLC and select "CABLE input" on audio output (right clic, audio, audio device)
• active the repeat button on it
• Share 1 of my screen with a jpg in full screen with a waiting message
• on 3cx web meeting I select "CABLE ouput" on input device
• when I am ready to start I switch to my microphone input on 3cx, and close my jpg and VLC

Use Chrome to switch between sound (i think firefox is not able to do this)

while waiting for a genial solution from you, it can serve for others

Hey there, i'm aware of this software and other similar ones. Though this would be great to use, we'd rather not go as far as to have users install a virtual audio device driver on their machine to have audio through screen share.

We're very aware of Chrome's limitation with this part and we have something in the works to eventually address this in a much easier and lightweight way.
