Hello

We use a 3CX Phone System and we buy a Yealink VC200 (which uses H.323/SIP protocol).
With the V16 update, we'd like to use this device with 3CX Webmeeting.

We can only get audio from the device, not video.

Any idea on how to get this please ?

Thanks

  • How are you connecting this camera to WebMeeting? Via USB?
  • In your video input devices inside WebMeeting, what do you see? (See example below)

This camera is a Video Conferencing Endpoint and so, it'sconnected to 3CX with an extension.
It's not connected to a computer

Ah, in this case this camera can't be used with WebMeeting. Mostly any camera that can connect to a PC via USB or other video capture devices will work. Video calling from extensions into WebMeeting is not yet support but may be a possibility in the far future.

On another very different and more personal note, i noticed that this camera supports up to 1080p Full HD as a resolution if you look closely in it's specs. The 103% angle is not bad, but for about 3 times less the price there's this 360% solution that may or may not be more suitable to what you want to do. https://www.owllabs.com/

Ok, thank you for the info :)
