WebMeeting Audio issues, some people can't hear others

On occasion there is a fault with audio in 3CX Web Meetings. One person in a meeting can't be heard by another in the meeting. Everyone else in the meeting can hear everyone else.
The blue bouncing bars appear to jump for everyone who can hear the problematic speaker but are flat for the person who cant



The MCU configured on our 3CX server (and I assume is what was used in the meeting) is Australia (Sydney) 0020 (as020-syd.3cx.net).

Any tips/steps to troubleshoot and resolve would be appreciated. I'm sure we can understand how disruptive this is to a meeting.

Same issue here. We experienced the problem on different webmeetings and the server is based in Europe, Frankfurt.
