I have a v18 PBX where all the Windows and Google chrome users get constant disconnections on live videoconferences.

PBX configuration is On Premise and hosted on Debian OS using the 3cx ISO

Firewall rules have been configured and tested for the 3CX ports and for the videoconference web connections.

The dropped users on the videoconference are intermittent both for home office users and office users. Once they get dropped off, after this, they can join back without issues.

Please let me know if you have any question or concern for the follow up of my issue.

Regards..

Hi there,

The one case where all WebMeeting connections are dropped is when the PBX services are restarted. Specifically the 3CX Gateway service part of the PBX service pool.

If the PBX services are restarted either due to admin intervention or manual/automatic updates, all active meetings are disconnected.

The 3CXWebMeeting.log in the PBX logs folder should provide some more information about what is happening. You can check the disconnection times reported by the users vs this log to see whether the service was restarted or something else happened.

Hi Leonidas

Disconnections are not for all participants, it may be that a participant disconnects several times in the same video conference.

When I have logs they will be Attached.

Regards.

Make sure to set your log level to verbose, reproduce & then PM me the log. Best not to attach it here directly in this thread, PM it to me please.

Thank you.
