WebMeeting not Authenticating

FQDN resolves correctly
Firewall been rebooted
Has worked in the past so firewall rules are ok.

This error appears often - it would be great if you could add some details on whats not authenticating..
What step is failing.. or what its trying to reach, on what port etc..

I check chrome developer tools, network tab.. we just have this request pending.

At 7:39AM - 8:39AM CEST, we experienced an issue with WebMeeting which left users unable to login to their meetings. The NOC team was alerted and actions were taken in order to quickly restore service. We are currently investigating what happened.

Finding the cause and ensuring it never occurs again is currently our highest priority. More to follow as soon as more details become available.
