Good day,

I am trying to setup Webmeeting for my office. But trying to connect through a web browser I get the Reconnecting Media error and trying to connect through the webmeeting app on android I get this error. Any idea where the problem could be. I am currently not running through a proxy and it doesnt matter what network connection i use i still get the same errors.
With thanks

Based on the responses on a similar topic, try restarting the 3CX System Service and then try again. It will most probably fix the issue.

Unfortunately restarting 3cx doesn't solve the problem

Can you try selecting another MCU from the settings when you create a webmeeting?

That worked, thank you very much.

It was initially on automatic and it did the same. I changed it to a local one with no change. Changed it to a UK one and it seems to be working.

I am having the same problem, even changing my local to may country when scheduling the meeting and when I set a quick webmeeting I don't have the option to set my location. I just did all updates available on 3CX Phone System and the 3CX Phone for Windows app.

In quick meetings, the setting given by the Admin of the PBX will be used. For scheduled meetings where the "audience" can be predicted allows setting a specific location for the meeting.

Thank you, @StefanW ! Do you know if there is a dashboard where I can monitor which MCU is performing better?

No, general which is showing the lowest latency to your PBX will be used. The rest is a customer of server load-balancing the meetings and so forth.
