Webmeeting - shared screen still not visible

We're still facing the problem that shared screens during a webmeeting are partially not visible in a recording (mp4 file).
At the beginning of a recording the presenter screnn is visible, but if the presenter changes the recording "loses" the screen and only a black screen and the tone is shown in der recording.

This is very annoying because we're loosing valuable content that we can't present to people who couldn't attend the live webmeeting session.

Are there other 3CX users facing a similar problem?

You mean that:

• User A screen shares. His screen share appears in the recording fine.
• User A stops screen sharing.
• User B screen shares. His screen share doesn't appear in the recording.

Yes, this is exactly what we experience.
