WebMeeting Urgent Help needed

Hi,

I am having a strange issue with a WebMeeting and need urgent help before 9am UK time tomorrow before a meeting

I am in London (UK) Hosting the Web meeting

Atendee 1 connects from France we can both see and hear each other
Attendee 2 Connects from Finland can see and hear us (host) and Attendee 1
Attendee 1 and Attendee 2 can both see and hear each other
But us (host) cannot see or hear Attendee 2.

Important meeting tomorrow morning so i need help asap

Honestly not sure what this could be. Could you or attendee 2 try and use a different browser just to see if there's any difference at all? (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge Chrome inside)

They have tried an ipad using 3cx app and a macbook using latest version of chrome.

Is firefox better for 3cx now? if so i can ask if they can try that

but the weird part is that Attendee 1 can hear Attendee 2 and we can't but I as host can see and hear Attendee 1

All browsers are ~equally the same. Expect a PM shortly to try and troubleshoot this further.

Is there an update on this issue? We had a very similar problem on a webinar today. We had one organizer plus 2 presenters plus about 35 participants. All participants were muted.

At the beginning of the Webinar:

• Organizer could hear Presenter 1 and Presenter 2
• Presenter 1 could hear Organizer and Presenter 2
• Presenter 2 could hear Presenter 1 but NOT Organizer

This doesn't seem like a local audio problem.

At a later point in the webinar Presenter 2 could hear both Presenter 1 and Organizer

Periodically throughout the webinar participants complained of losing the audio, video, or both.

What is the fix? This doesn't look very professional to our participants.
