Whastapp Template/ Message Initiation

Hi,
Observed that Meta allows message templates so businesses can initiate conversations on Whatsapp.
Does 3CX support this functionality, and if so, how can it be implemented?

In case you have a wordpress website. I whipped up a plugin that allows you to send the templated messages from your wordpress wenbsite. The repsonses will land in 3CX as usual, Plugin here https://github.com/ryonwhyte/whatsapp-template-sender
