WhatsApp hide take button

is it possible hide "take button", in order to keep all chats public?

There is no option to hide or remove the "Take" button.

The two options available are for an agent to use the "Take" button to take ownership of the message, or the message will be auto-assigned to the first agent who responds.

Both options are available in the advanced options of a queue.
