Solved Whatsapp number pending

Hi

I Follow the guide to integrate WhatsApp and 3cx as many times before the problem is that now the number I added is in pending mode and i can't use it.

Also if i want to send a message to test the integration it seems that there is no WhatsApp account on that number

any idea what could it be?

Hello, I used this video and solved my issues with 4 different numbers, and it worked. The interface is a bit different, but it’s essentially the same, and it worked.
