WhatsApp Oubound Messages not being received

I'm running self hosted Windows 18.0 Update 9 (Build 31). When we respond messages, their not being received/delievered. Blue ticks and double ticks are also not there. This began last Thursday.

Yes. It was working upto last Thursday, 11/07/2024

I did recheck. In fact, I completed recreating it, about an hour ago.

I've another WhatsApp trunk running on Debian 3CX v20, and it's wotking fine. Anything you might be aware, or want to recheck, that happend on Windows?
