Hi,

Is there a way for supervisor to monitor the WhatsApp log (similar with the chat)?
I could not find it from the management console.

WhatsApp messages have chat logs, Check under the management console > Reporting > Chat logs

I have tried to search on reporting to view the WhatsApp log but could not find (as per attached).
Can you enlighten me on this matter?

Please check that in the Management Console Dashboard, Chat Logs are enabled as per the below screenshot. Then the Chat Logs section should appear in the Reports Tab.



If so then Check under the management console > Reporting > Chat logs
