Hello 3CX Team,

when someone has the Co-Host role in a Webinar and either he or the Host mutes the chat for the co-host, and then reenables the chat for the co-host., it does not get enabled for the co-host.

Can you please check this for the other roles and webmeeting settings and then fix?

Hi @MH_INDUS,

What version of the PBX are you running?

Is this reproducible every time? Either the Co-Host or the Host disables the Co-Host's right to chat, and either party cannot reinstate the right, is that an accurate summary?

Hello @VasilisV_3CX ,

I am running v18 U2.

Yes this is reproducible. I have not tested other combinations of roles and webmeeting/webinar profiles.

Hi @MH_INDUS,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will investigate this and revert back when we have a solution.
