Hi 3CX Team,

When I share screen with computer voice, I met clear echo(I use local MCU). The version is 20.0 Update 2 (Build 711 Beta).

Any suggestion?

Sometimes if you have another app on your screen which is using the microphone, the system audio is used in conjunction with the video conference feed. You could either check which programs are using the microphone, or even disable the video conference microphone as a test.

Hi,
are you sharing also the computer audio or only the video?
Audio capturing is supported for entire screen or chrome tabs (not window), so if you are interested in share the audio content of a tab, try to share the single tab only, not the entire screen.
If you want to share the audio of the entire screen, maybe you can disable your mic during sharing.
If you share only the video screen, but not the audio, then you shouldn't hear any echo.
