Where does the SIP contact header IP come from?

Self-hosted 3CX v20. The SIP registration Contact header shows the IP address 172.21.7.62, which is an old IP. We've change ISP and need it to use what I have changed the 3CX External IP to be. Where in 3CX is that old IP defined? I can't find it anywhere.

Have you tried exporting your provider XML and reviewing?
 
I cannot find any way to do that. Where should I look?
 
Go to voice and chat and export your sip trunk
