Which VOIP phones support 3CX Meet / Webinar / Video?

Are there any phones which natively support 3CX Meet on the market? I'm talking about video-enabled phones WITH a camera and screen.

If not, do you know of any which support it with "some assembly required" or extra configuration work?

We tend to like Yealink, but I'm not seeing ANY support by Yealink for this product/feature as of yet.

This would be the latest list, of phones that have been tested by 3CX. While there may be others that will work, if they aren't on the list then they aren't "officially" supported.

ip phones with camera are for videocalls, they are one to one. this traffic goes thru the pbx.
videoconferences runs on different server.

To clarify, for instance the "Yealink T58W with Camera" can make a video call to another 3CX user. I've tested that.

But I'm not sure about the "Meet" functionality. If someone clicks on the Meet URL, should it be ringing a Yealink T58W with camera?

Or, if I -schedule- a meeting, will the Yealink T58W, will it function for that meeting?

Or if I want to run a webinar, will it work for multi-participant / multi-camera display on the screen?

To the first poster, yes, I've seen the supported list. It doesn't apply to this question.
To reply #2, it's not just web-based. The smartphone Apps support video.
To reply #3, my question is a hybrid question. Maybe one part works and the other doesn't?

That's why I'm asking.

There’s a separate 3CX Video Conference app.

Video calls and web meetings are different things.

Thanks, Steve. That may lead to a separate post, but if that same Yealink T58W with Camera phone is converted to a "Zoom Phone" or "Zoom Appliance" using Zoom/Yealink custom firmware, does anyone know if it will STILL work with 3CX for SIP calls?

This isn't theoretical and it is directly 3CX related. A client/prospect will need to know the answer to this in deciding which phones to buy.

I would assume "Zoom Phone" connects it to Zoom's voice service but I haven't used it. And thus not to 3CX. Otherwise (for example) when the person makes a call which PBX will it use?

3CX is pretty picky about which "normal" firmware sets are using, so I can't see one using Zoom firmware would be supported, let alone work without issues. You may be asking for something that is not possible, you may have to choose one or the other.

Hello @caldwell, you cannot join as a video participant to a 3CX WebMeeting using a SIP Video Phone.
However you can join as audio participant, by dialing the associated audio conference PIN. You can find the PIN in organizer email or in WebClient, conference page.

I didn't realize Zoom had moved into the PSTN interchange market. I may just get the firmware from the client's license and try it. If I do, I'll likely either report back here or post another thread with those details. Would be good for everyone to know.

Some Android based phones used to work but the performance was very bad. I wouldn't recommend any SIP video phone for WebMeeting. If you can install the 3CX Meeting Android App, there's a chance it will work... but you won't like it
There is no support (at the moment) for SIP video streams in WebMeeting, but we do offer SIP audio support. You can dial-in to an existing meeting from any phone.
