Wildcard Ms teams integration

Can we use a wildcard certificate for the teams integration? We've tried, but we receive the error "Issued Certificate does not match the Teams FQDN you have configured in Step 1"

The requirements for the certificates are very specific. They will need to be linked to the specific FQDN and be from a certifying authority Microsoft supports.

I know that your guide is precious. However, the certification topic is not clear. I understand that wildcard is unsupported, and the certificate should align with Microsoft's needs. How may I know if it's working when I apply everything in your guide? There should be some verifications to understand where the problem is. I'm not sure if I've fixed the certificate issue, but I have an issue with scripts.

I said that I'm able to enable Microsoft Teams Direct Routing from 3CX without any error. Does this mean that my certificate is fine?

I can see numpad on Microsoft Teams but I can't make inbound or outbound calls.

The script can be generated from the PBX side, mapping though requires the Office Phone in E164 format. More information can also be found here.
