Wordpress Webinar plugin - Session expired. Please reload page. (2)

Hi,

Trying to get the Webinar plugin to work but just see a "Session expired. Please reload page. (2)" error on the page.

Have tried incgonito, various browsers, different network locations with identical results.

Webserver is able to ping our webmeeting FQDN.

Checked our firewall logs and can't see anything being blocked in/out.

Help!

Hi there, we've identified this as an issue with the plugin itself when it's set to work behind a proxy. A fix is on the way and is hoped to be released within next week.

Still no success with this. Click 2 Call has stopped working too. Struggling to troubleshoot because after a few tries I get the "Maximum active connections..." message.

Webinar plugin does not list any webinars and the following is logged in Chrome console (????? hiding our name):

callus.js?ver=1.3.0:38 Refused to connect to 'wss://?????.3cx.co.uk:5001/ws/webclient?sessionId=462d770f-c36c-ad69-e388-4160ddd748c6&pass=B384AF3EE4756F1BAA437D8CBC2A9DFF' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' http: https: *.googleanalytics.com". Note that 'connect-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.

Hi there, as it's a bit confusing about which plugin we are talking about, could you re-state what is the issue you're experiencing just with the Webinar plugin?

Keep in mind there's been an update last week that should resolve the issue you mentioned in your initial post. Try upgrading and see if that resolves the issue.
